Looks like Bell may still have too much inventory on the Palm Pre even after all the special offers they have been putting out that are exclusive to the Pre. Nonetheless, we have received reliable information that Bell isn’t stopping and will be offering the Palm Pre for only $149.95 with no contract starting December 10th.

The Pre is a CDMA/EVDO device so it unfortunately won’t work on any other carrier, it does come with 8 GB of internal memory, a 3.0 MP camera and is pre-loaded with webOS 1.4.5. HP/Palm however did announce the first generation Pre will be updateable to webOS 2.0 early 2011 which includes Adobe Flash as well as a refreshed user-interface amongst many other new features. This is probably the best replacement phone for those of you that still have the HTC Touch with Unlimited Mobile Browser or you simply want a “smart phone” with cheap data and now, even with no contract!

Now that it’s at a pretty decent price with a whack load of offers, who’s picking up finally going to give webOS a try?
